Are any of you vegetarian or vegan? Over the past few years, I have transitioned from eating red meat to eating primarily fish. I did it to improve my health as I was having a real challenge going through “the change” as our mothers called it back in the day. 🙂 I know it was a topic rarely talked about, but to me, it’s just a part of life and nothing at all to be ashamed of or timid to speak about. Anyway, it seems like easing up on the meat has helped me tremendously, as well as consuming more fruits and vegetables, and I’m looking forward to making more healthy improvements as I continue on this wonderful journey called life.
